Refund Eligibility
At Feradynoraq, we understand that circumstances change and sometimes refunds become necessary. Our refund policy has been designed to be fair and transparent while protecting both our clients and our business operations.
Program Cancellations
Full refunds available if you cancel within 14 days of enrollment and before accessing more than 25% of course materials.
Technical Issues
Complete refund if technical problems prevent access to your enrolled programs for more than 7 consecutive days.
Content Discrepancies
Partial or full refunds when course content significantly differs from advertised curriculum or learning outcomes.
Refund Process
We've streamlined our refund process to make it as straightforward as possible. Here's exactly what happens when you request a refund:
Submit Request
Contact our support team at info@Feradynoraq.com with your enrollment details and reason for requesting a refund. Include your full name, course name, and enrollment date.
Review Period
Our team reviews your request within 48 hours. We may contact you for additional information or clarification about your specific situation.
Decision Notification
You'll receive an email notification within 72 hours containing our decision and, if approved, details about the refund amount and processing timeline.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 7-10 business days depending on your financial institution.
Payment Method Considerations
Refund processing times vary based on your original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days, while bank transfers may take 7-10 business days. PayPal refunds are usually immediate once processed from our end.
For international payments, additional processing time may be required due to currency conversion and international banking procedures. We'll notify you of any expected delays specific to your payment method.
Partial Refund Scenarios
In certain situations, partial refunds may be offered instead of full refunds. These scenarios include requests made after the 14-day cancellation period, completion of more than 50% of course content, or when you've already received certificates or course completion credits.
Partial refund amounts are calculated based on unused course content, remaining access time, and any administrative costs already incurred. Each case is evaluated individually to ensure fairness.
Important Policy Notes
Refunds are not available for courses completed more than 30 days ago, downloadable materials that have been accessed, or one-on-one consultation sessions that have already occurred. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to maintain proper documentation.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that life can present unexpected challenges. In cases of serious illness, family emergencies, or other extraordinary circumstances, we may consider refund requests outside our standard policy guidelines. These situations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis with appropriate documentation.
